• Busy signals on the phone. Your Reservation and/or Order goes directly to the Restaurant Manager System
• "I forgot to tell the chef to remove the onion from your salad". What you orders goes straight to the kitchen team. They will prepare the food the way you like it and not the way is relayed by the waiting personnel.
